All returns are subject to 25% restocking FEE with receipt for store credit.
Credit Card payments have a 2.75% convenience charge.
No return on specials orders including steps and returns grills.
All special orders must be paid 50% in advance.
Luca Flooring is not responsible for garage and basement deliveries.
Luca Flooring only deliveries to the 1st floor only.
Once its delivered, its buyer responsibility to acclimate flooring before installation.
Buyer assumes full responsibility of the product once tits been delivered and installed.
