Its high-density, closed-cell foam construction is designed to hold more material and distribute it evenly, making it ideal for “cutting in” along edges, baseboards, moldings, and hard-to-reach areas where larger floor machines or rollers cannot fit. This complete set includes both the applicator handle and the foam pad.
